This is dedicated feedback for the attention of the branch manager, as I have spent many hours in Costa's all over the country with no problems at all, however the mature lady that served me on Saturday afternoon 22.4.23 needs to realise that the customer pays her wages and it doesn't matter what she thinks about how a drink needs to be made, if someone asks for something, she passes on that to the Barista, as I think that's why I didn't get what I asked for....she just didn't bother!!
Just in case you do have a conversation, I'm the guy that asked for a coffee frappe with less ice, to be told I couldn't have it like that as it would be too watery, so I insisted, given I was paying for it!!!
