        We have been asked to pay 45.6 extra because the courier Galleon is using could not deliver to our business address due to roadwork. We suggested that they could deliver it to an alternative address which is not far from the business address and were asked to pay 45.6 as it is a different address. We have no control over the roadwork by Thames Water. Amazon had no issues of delivering to our business address despite the roadwork. After rounds of negotiation, we ended up paying 22.8 extra to deliver it to the alternative address. We will have to find alternative suppliers as this is not how you treat your long-term customer.
