My mother's flat had been unoccupied and untouched for 8 years and was in need of good clean before that. You can't imagine the state it was in. From the initial enquiry through to invoicing for the work, the communications were prompt and professional. She is an extremely hard worker and seems to love cleaning! The difference she made to a two bedroomed flat in just 6 hrs was incredible. I recommend her without hesitation.
