        The customer service isnt the best as they do not ask, just rush orders and keep saying the system can't scan the rewards, which is requirement by the KFC however at the start of the order process, they did scan the app but not the rewards so it's been an issue everytime with this.

        Waited over 10 mins queue, when i got to the front the guy serving just turned his back & started doing other stuff. Left me stood at counter for another 5 mins. So queuing for over 15 mins to get food that was fisapointing even by the low standards of kfc. Would recommend searching bins oytside for food rather than here, its quicker & better service & food would be just as good
