Abusive service that doesnt help people, actually makes bad situations a lot worse when people are already grieving. I would personally not recommend this service to anyone at all. You are better off calling up Samaritans, CRUSE or compassionate friend anonymously to talk about bereavement rather than speaking with volunteers who dont have enough mental health training. Also the main phone line doesnt even flipping work, very unprofessional service.
