Eggless Cake Shop

I ordered a cake last birthday for my son. It was v nice and I'm so happy that I got v tasty cake but this time I want to make different so I ordered avengers theme cupcakes just before 1 day. I totally disappointed with cakes. The sponge is not soft and not fully baked and the cream was disgusting . I have thrown in bin. Am happy that birthday party gone v nice becoz I have spare cupcakes which I was bought from Tesco.

Purchased a custom 10 peppa cake from cake shop Coventry for 53, firstly the cake wasnt 10 as i measured it because it looked very small, it was around 8.5, they bulk the size with cream & frosting meanwhile the actual sponge is tiny, the sponge itself was dense & felt stale. Very poor value for money, youre better off going to cake inn or cake box on Foleshill road, theyre prices are more reasonable and the cakes are as advertised.

Brilliant customer service by Pav, cake was fantastic in design and taste. Ordered for sisters birthday and she was fully enjoying all the chocolate. Will definite be ordering again. Super happy it was eggless too

One word..shocking. Having ordered multiple cakes from cake shop multiple times and never had a problem. Met the owner at the shop, came across professional, customer driven and responsible.. unfortunately this was the total opposite when things went south. We ordered a circus theme cake 2 weeks prior to collecting - I even sent a picture to the owner of what we wanted on the cake. On the day of collection there was a giant superman plastered on the cake. I called the owner to be told he has staffing issues! The staff mentioned the owner is setting up another shop elsewhere and never even provided the staff with the image. The whole party got delayed and upon calling the owner again he never once responded after our initial chat. Shocking service!! This shop has lost a huge amount of business from this family.
