        Always thought about visiting Kahawa Cafe but never found it appealing when pearing in as passing by. Finally visited yesterday and it pains me to give such a low rating to a business whose owner is very welcoming, smiling and diligent in his service to clientle. However he was not there when we arrived. Staff did not greet us, no simple pleasantry, no clean tables, locked toilet, twice told it's occupied until i pressed for access, slightly cold atmosphere, delay in service etc. Once owner arrived, his smile just warmed up the place as he tidied up to help out. Hence 3 stars and not two. Food was good, portion size just perfect, hot chocolate so so. Hopefully some staff etiquette training and other minor improvements can help Kahawa. We'll not be returning for a while until service improves across the board.

        Really lovely food! Since working in town in since December our office uses this cafe for lunch around 3-4 times a week! Cannot recommend enough! Masala fries are amazing! All the staff are extremely friendly too! Great little cafe!
