I hate, absolutely hate leaving bad reviews, but here we are. My husband and I came at half three on a Saturday afternoon, there were only three tables occupied. I ordered chunky steak pie mash and peas, husband ordered the chicken tikka masala. I can not explain how bad my food looked when it arrived. It had clearly been placed on the plate stone cold and microwaved, but the pie had heated and the gravy and mash and peas had not. They werent even warm, flat out cold. The young man on the till could not have been more helpful and apologetic to be fair, but there is only so much he could do. In order to get a refund you have to leave the cafe and go to customer service which is in the supermarket, you dont get refunded from the till you paid into. All in all very poor.
