        Lou was very friendly, helpful and informative. She noticed my mum holding a brochure and came up to help us. She also helped me on the phone a couple days later when i had a question.

        Excellent service, staff are really friendly and helpful. The place looks nice, now it's moved location and is all new. Lots of extra break out spaces for help and advice.

        My own experience at nationwide building society Coventry branch, Their customer service is excellent, always a quick service and problem or anything gets dealt with in a very professional manner and all staff are brilliant and experienced, I would recommend this place if you are looking for a brilliant service and experience.
