Fantastic quality bed and mattress from Home comforts Bedworth my daughter had the best nights sleep, definitely a 10/10, fast delivery really helpful friendly staff and very quick response to messages would highly recommend will definitely be using again.

AVOID - See end of review for our reply to the companys response. Ordered a custom bed 2 months ago. It was first delivered in the wrong colour last week - I had to take the headboard piece into the shop to prove to them it was not the colour I ordered after they didnt believe me. Everyone makes mistakes so when they said they would replace the bed the following week, I was happy enough. However, the next week they delivered half of the bed - no headboard. I was informed that the manufacturer had sent it in the size and they would order it again for the week after. The bed frame they dropped off was then the wrong colour ONCE AGAIN. The packaging even said it was a different colour to what we ordered. We went into the shop once again to check the colours. The supervisor was then extremely rude saying that the colours look different in different lights even when I held the colour patch sample to the bed and you could clearly see the difference in colours. Would not recommend this company to anyone - it has gone extremely downhill, my family has used this company for years but we will be taking our business elsewhere and are spreading the word about our experience. Unfortunately I am not able to respond to the companys reply below so this is my response. We have no personal judgement against the company and I have pictures to prove it is not a judgement call. I understand the COVID situation more than anything, hence why I was originally accepting of the manufacturers mistake even after the order was placed 2 months ago. Further from this, I was with my partner the whole time and we stated we couldnt tell if it was the right colour without the headboard. Then within the shop, the supervisor agreed it was a different colour to the specific one ordered. If COVID is resulting in manufacturing problems then you should pre-warn your customers of the potential implications on the orders placed, or not sell the products entirely as the fabric samples are not reflective of the actual product you will receive. As I say, my family have been using this company for more than 10 years and have recommended it to many but we no longer will.
