        I had an amazing experience. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I went there to correct my hair because I was recommended by someone. A week before my appointment another salon gave me the most awful haircut I have ever experienced in my life - cutting chunks out of my hair. This resulted in me tying my hair up all week, because I was unable to wear it down. I didnt think it was possible to correct my hair at all or without cutting my hair extremely short. However, Derek provided me with an in depth consultation along with other members of staff who were all so friendly and attentive. The end result was amazing, I walked out with a fantastic haircut and a smile on my face. Thank you to team.
