        Been here before and loved it, sadly come in for a fringe cut today and she completely messed up my fringe nothing was even and she wasnt talkative at all. Super sad loved my hair when I got it done here last time before.

        I came here on a Monday and there was only one hairstylist, Eventhough I made an appointment, I had to wait 20 minutes for my haircut which I had no problem with but when it came to my turn, the entire process felt very rushed. On the website, a dry haircut is listed for 30 minutes but mine was only 20 minutes despite the fact that I have fairly long and thick hair. I asked for a trim and some layers and with very little consultation, she proceeds to cut off 4 inches my hair in one chop. I was pretty shocked at how short my hair was after the cut. There was no checking in throughout the process and the worst part was it was clear that this person has no experience cutting textured asian hair. I highly recommend you go somewhere with someone who knows how to work with your hair. The hairstylist just kept brushing through my hair (pretty roughly as well, again she was rushing through my cut). When your hair is already naturally wavy, brushing though it and then cutting leaves it very frizzy and itll end up looking even shorter once its washed and back to its waved texture. Finally, the haircut was supposed to be 22 pounds and Im a student so there shouldve been a discount but when I mentioned this, she was very reluctant to give a discount and said that because my hair is long, with a discount its 23.50 pounds, I have no problem paying that but it was not mentioned before which I think is fairly unreasonable. Overall, I wouldnt recommend this salon especially if you have Asian or textured hair. The service was pretty poor and the haircut was unsatisfactory, I left feeling really unhappy especially since it took my a while to grow my hair long and she carelessly cut it without giving much consultation.
