        The bank staff is super stupid the lady with the glasses just walks around inside here. And there don't help the long queue Such disgusting experience They dont have parking which i can understand but they dont help the auting customers They just carry on there gossips and dont care about the people waiying in line avoid the branch

        My whole account has been frozen. Cant withdraw, transfer etc. was advised to go into branch to show ID and unlock my account. I arrived to branch qued for 35 minutes to be told they were too busy to deal with my query and go to Daventry road branch. I dont have time as Im at work to do that. Shocking

        Scared to use this branch (Foleshill road)! Every time I come to deposit cash into business account, the amount is always less once they've put it through the machine (which is out of sight!). when you ask them to hand count the money you are then met with hostility and accusations of being aggressive and rude. This has occurred on multiple occasions at this branch. Will not be using again!

        Worst experience with this bank, staff and manager unhelpful, staff accused of using bad word never said anything bad, never going there again withdrawn all my money from it. Even u cant withdraw ur money they asking for payslip
