Only two stars for the lady, she was very kind but apart from that I have no faith left in HSBC. There online team give you information which there branch team say absolutely wrong and untrue. Either one of them is wrong.

Very horrible customer service. No staff there as always. Never open bank account. Constant waste of energy

Unable to pay in to First Direct Accounts even though they are part of the HSBC Group, why update the bank cards to Mastercard if you aren't going to update the in branch cash in machines. Ended up having to make a deposit at the post office
