        First they take our debit cards away, now a crash to the system stops us from accessing OUR money, now expected payments haven't gone in, terrible!

        BEST building society EVER!Although I live in Cov, I opt to use this branch.The staff are constant, reliable & lovely! Gutted that they're discontinuing their Visa Debit cards & reluctantly switched to the Nationwide, opposite this branch. HUGE mistake! After numerous errors - before during and after attempting to switch, The Coventry staff went above and beyond to help me - even though technically,it wasn't their duty to do so as my account was closed, BUT due to misinformation,unprofessionalism & apathy from Nationwide (except Lucy, the girl that really tried to amend the problems caused by another staff member) I was left with no option other than contacting the good ol' Coventry whether they could shed light on my financial woes Worse still, my expected fund's were not available & I kept getting text alerts from Nationwide,telling me I have insufficient funds for an outgoing payment, and STILL,the Coventry staff were blinking marvellous, calling head office, prepared to do their competitors job to keep me happy! NB My local branch in Jubilee crescent is also also professional & eager to please,(as are any of their branches I've used) but they seem to shuffle their staff around and I prefer continuity & a familiar face! Well done to all the staff at the Bedworth Coventry Building Society
