Went to the bank just to order a new card,it takes just a couple of minutes. Waited in a quie. After that have been told they have no capacity to do it now. Waited 35 mins and have been told to book an appointment. 35 mins of waiting and no card. Very very very bad service.

The attitude and service here is awful I just wanted a stamp for my cash flow, but everyone refused me and told me it was unnecessary. But it was necessary for me. The bank has a stamp but it doesn't work. I don't understand why, do you want to keep the stamp to give birth to your children? Why is it that a service that banks in other cities can offer on their own initiative is not available to you? You will delay my visa application and will you be responsible for this?

Horrible service, didnt even help they were so rude to me because I wanted to take 2,000 and then they blocked my card.

Very rude staff. Verbally abused my father when another customer jumped the line in front of him. Will be raising a formal complaint with the manager.
