The costumer service manager is the rudest person i have ever encountered. He basically said I was a irresponsible child (when Im 23) because of the way I spend my money which is my business how I spend it, also said that I probably lost my card going out drinking, which is honestly quite rude to just assume that Im young and go out drinking which is not the case at all I was quite offended. When I also asked the lady at the start about my inquiry she told me to join the queue to speak to Andy, which then when I finally got to speak to him he just looked at me to say something which I did then told me that he couldnt help me with the fact Id lost my card and needed to get money out. He then looked at my id and told me it didnt look like me. Then continued to tell me I need to be more responsible with my money and real off that I need to stop buying things from Amazon, which if Im honest is quite personal to be going through this in front of people. The head office need to be aware of this because Ive never felt so uncomfortable in a Barclays branch before. Hopefully I actually had done what I went in for and will get my card in 5 working days.

Rude and unhelpful. Sadly it would seem that Barclays are actively trying to turn people off ever going into a branch.

Went today 1st. Thing got everything I need straight away. The gentleman who served/ helped me was excellent. Well done Iyanu. Keep up the good work.
