I must say Mrs RUBY has been nothing but a total asset to the Natwest bank, an absolute 1 in a million member of staff.
I've been dealing with Ruby for about 1 year now and she has been nothing but faultless, nothing is to much for her, she is available 7 days a week 24hours a day and has answered every question I ever needed to know.
Ruby is warm and welcoming and even if she didnt know the answer she would go above and beyond to get a solution and get straight back to me,this lady should really be credited for her job role a pure gem.
