Bonkers! I requested my paper cup not to have a lid as I am not 3-4 years old . The lady gave my hot drink with a lid. So I politely reminded her, no lid. She took the lid off and threw it in the bin. Unbelievable Greggs, that's how much staff are scared or brainwashed to pollute the planet. Now we're no longer in lock down, there should be an option for mugs and cups which are washable instead of pollutable.

I would like to say a thank you to the gentleman who served me at the Cannon Park Coventry store, 17th December 2022.I was clearly upset after I had an unpleasant encounter in another retail store. He offered me an extra sausage roll which was a kind gesture.

Great food, but not impressed with the non cleanliness of the tables and chairs outside greggs as they are dirty with pastry crumbs and coffee stains left over like its not been wiped.
