Its good place great customer service, but one small gripe, why does it close early sometimes an hour early when it should be 4.30 on Saturdays I went today to buy some cakes and it closed way early. If its a lot of customers or just one or two in the day it should not close early like me as an example coming to buy cakes and it es closed and custom was lost.

Absolutely appalling since the new owners took over!! The counter looks very bare, not presentable, no care or effort put into the delicious cakes and biscuits which always used to be available. Just a random selection of unappetising cakes, nothing fancy anymore. The Gingerbread men (usually soft and chewy) are so dry and stale, some were completely burnt on the counter! I have been coming here for years and this is so sad and disappointing to see. No care or love given into the baked goods on sale, place looks untidy and furthermore, the traditional bakery that once was, has unfortunately gone. Such a shame.
