Awful company supplied a turbo that was faulty after 50 miles diagnosed by ourselves and a very reputable garage after 4 1/2 months have said the turbo is fine in this time fitted another unit of another manufacturer and no problem

I went on an organised works day out. Was very educational. The staff there are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Opened my eyes to the capability and prospects of what carwood can provide.

Booked in for a tachograph recalibraion this morning at 10, was told it would be 1 hour. Came back an hour later and hadn't been started. Was given a pretty flimsy excuse and told to wait. After a further half an hour I asked what was happening as I could see my vehicle still hadn't moved, was then told they were about to do it then which would be another hour. Left without getting the work done, no apology forthcoming, they've lost my business and won't use them again.
