        Everything was fine until you have got to beg them for your deposit to be refunded after the end of the tenancy. Its been 3 months waiting for my deposi and have got no response. Too upset

        Terrible apartment, please do not rent this apartment. I have lived here for two years. After you have paid the rent, the apartment will find a reason to deduct your deposit. The charge price is very unreasonable, and it can't proof real repair oe fix anythging. I can't back to the UK due to COVID19. I paid the rent for a whole year, and I did not checkin whole year. The apartment didn't refund or give any compenstaion. before the check out date, downing didn't send me any email told me to return the key. I indicated that I can sent international delivery to send the keys back. They refused and just charge. Please DO NOT rent this apartment!!!
