I booked Tony in to replace an old aerial that didnt work as he was local. He sorted a weekend call so we could be seen quickly and arrived on time. within minutes he identified it was just a loose connection.
He reconnected it, checked the signal and got it all working. He told me there was no need for a new aerial, what I had was fine.
Great bloke, very friendly, helpful and honest.
