All I wanted to do was get my conditioning unit checked for leaks and refilled but their customer service was appalling. I have spoken to Fiona (who was friendly and helpful) a number of times and she assured me someone called Paul would return my calls, he never has. When I did finally call and got to speak to Paul (after my 3rd call) he asked me to send him pictures of my units by email which I did, a week later still no response. Is it really too much to ask for some level of customer service? These people do not deserve to be in business their customer service is so poor.

I ordered x 7 indoor Mitsubishi Electric air conditioning units for my house. Initially, communication was not great with Chillaire staff. Nonetheless, when I raised concerns, Chillaire Management were swift in rectifying issues and things were smooth onwards till completion of the project. The assigned fitters [Andy and Lewis] did an exceptional job. I describe them as top-drawer Fitters, whose fitting is second to none. Their precision, attention to detail, fineness, consistency, seamless and neatness should be highly commented. Throughout, Andy and Lewis fittings were consistently of very high standard. They were very thorough and tidy in their work. They both have passion for their work and their working standards are very high. It is of no doubt that the fitters were very experienced with the product. I also comment Andy and Lewis for their professionalism which is characterised by effective communication, checking, and clarifying things with the Customer. Additionally, Andy and Lewis are very respectful to Customers environments [it is the little things that matters]. The sales Manager [Richard S] who came to my house to discuss my requirements was brilliant. He understood my needs very well and his suggestions were spot on, its like he knew what was on my mind. His knowledge and explanations of the product separated him from other salesman, and it was this that convinced me to give him the job, despite his quote being slightly higher than the other two quotes I had. Richard S is the best and excellent in whatever he does. Overally, from start to finish, the whole process was dealt with high professionalism. I am a professional in my own capacity and what I got from Chillaire Ltd is exactly what I expected without any compromise. I highly recommend Chillaire Ltd to anyone who consider air conditioning for their home, fitted by best techs. Happy Customer [Doug] Service: Install AC
