We have used Darren and the No Letting Go team for just over a year now and couldn't recommend them enough! Darren is professional, punctual and his inventories are incredibly detailed. As a Letting Agent we work with many different contractors and can unequivocally say that No Letting Go hits the mark and goes above and beyond with their service every time!

Darren has provided an excellent service for a reasonable and realistic cost. He has given good attention to detail, been flexible with timing and made himself available at the tenants' convenience. He has taken extra time to provide me with feedback on improvements and repairs I have had done. All this helps considerably in managing the property from overseas and to provide a better experience for tenants which is so important in fostering a good landlord-tenant relationship.

I had a fantastic service from Darren at No Letting Go. I provided a very short notice and he was able to fit me in. He was very professional, provided honest opinion and advise, and went the extra mile in helping me out of my sticky situation. I would definitely be using this company again and would recommend anyone to use them as well.
