My father in law paid 8500 for a walk in bath for my mother in law. For the last 9 weeks, have been unable to use it. Still waiting for an engineer, yet somehow the engineer is a mystic as 2 boxes of spares have arrived to fix problem. Stay clear, this isn't the first fault they have had with this bath, but it's certainly the longest waiting for help.

Definitely avoid this company. Unfortunately my Mother's partner paid 9000.00 for a so called walk in shower which basically consists of a few plastic tile effect panels, shower tray, seat, shower, electric pump and an isolating breaker. I'm absolutely shocked of product quality and the way its been assembled which then had a fault 2 years later. This was repaired but at a further cost ! There should be a law in place to stop these sort of companies praying on the old and vulnerable taking such huge amounts of money. Disgraceful behaviour and those involved should be ashamed of themselves. If only I had been present at the time of agreement signature requirement as I definitely would have intervened and sent the so called salesman packing with no signed sales agreement.

My elderly mum had a salesman round to give a quote for a walk in bath today. He applied a lot of pressure to her to spend nearly 8,000 on a bath. I happened to pop in when he was there and he wouldn't meet my eye which instantly made him seem a bit untrustworthy. I had a chat to my Mum and persuaded her not to sign right there and then, to take his quote and get some alternative quotes to make sure it was the right sort of price and product for her. When she told him she wasn't signing today he stomped out the house saying that we'd wasted his time and he could have been at other appointments. He did not leave his card or anything. So rude and unprofessional that even if we had decided to consider his quote, his behaviour spoke volumes and we would not touch the company with a barge pole.
