Jenner House Surgery

My boyfriend had fever, fainted and vomited at home in the morning. We called to get an appointment with a doctor and they would not see him. Incredible service. Receptionist offered to speak to the pharmacist. I have never been able to see a single doctor at the GP practice.

Don't register here. Don't care about people! Ask for a cancer screening appointment and asked to call back later, what a joke. I'll be registering elsewhere!

Awful surgery! Receptionists and doctors are rude when asking a simple request! So hard to get a hold of and very unhelpful. wouldn't recommend.

Shambles of a doctor surgery been waiting all day for a phone call back from the doctor told it was going to be a morning call then phoned again at half 1 to be told she would be ringing this afternoon and then rang up at half 5 to be told this evening which then I haven't even had a call just for the receptionist to say that they have been In meeting all day which is a lie because it doesn't say that on their website or didn't even get a text message and then I just tried to phone them again to for them to close I'll be making a complaint and moving doctors in the morning when I phone up wouldn't recommend anyone to use them luckily to get one star they close the surgery down because no one is their all seem to be on holiday
