        Our health visitor turned up for the first time without making an appointment and didnt book a second appointment. We requested a second appointment at 7 weeks and had a 6 minute phone call where are concerns were met with useless generic statements rather than practical advice.

        Awful - they sent us a letter to say they were coming to our home - and on the day, they don't show up. They call me half and hour after they were due to arrive to ask where WE are...She had meant to organise for us to attend the clinic instead. Waste of our time, we cancelled calls and meetings for this appointment! *UPDATE* They re-arranged the visit for today (1st July at 10am) and confirmed they would 100% be visiting me at my home and AGAIN, they didn't show! I'm fuming at the service. It's a total waste of my time - more calls cancelled for this appointment.
