I returned the car, Inspection done on the the day everything perfect no damage or scratches found on the car and nothing to pay. After 2 weeks email come demanding 325 for the dent wich magicly appears on the car wich I really don't understand. After complaining to the customer service speaking to (Charlotte Harper) another emails come day later demanding 825 now. Dont really understand what really happing. STAY from the compay.

Poor customer service and so unhelpful. Spoke with Katie earlier today and she was so unhelpful, seemed like a person just going through the motions! Companys only concern is money, avoid at all costs.

One star is generous. This company will squeeze every penny out of you - from random charges every few months taken from your account, to robbing you when the car is returned. Reviews speak for themselves - Trust Pilot and Google reviews are horrendous - horrendous reviews for a horrendous company. If only Id checked then first

Be aware that this company will RIP YOU OFF at the end of lease they will charge you ridiculous amounts of money for minor wear and tear! Do they want you to drive your car with bubble wrap on it or even not drive it at all! Obviously they do not care for their customers or treat them fairly or even give them a choice of having any minor scratches repaired somewhere else that would be more cost effective to your own pocket. They are obviously not aware or even care about how such charges can effect peoples pockets all they care about is there own greed,.

Still no sensible response to the review below from Alphabet after several weeks. I've visited Stonehenge - Alphabet are about as responsive as the stones, but at least the stones ae interesting. Avoid this company at all cost unless you don't mind being ignored when things go wrong. The only response to the review below was to contact customer service but they are half the problem - they ignore what I say, cancell bookings and then tell me I cancelled them, and don't do anything to resolve the problem. They should change their name to customer diservice. They contracted to supply me with a working car and aren't doing it. These people are appalling - the problem I have is with a Kia Niro and Kia ceratinly aren't helping but I get precious little help from Alphabet - the only thing they are efficient at is sending auto responses to emails. If I could give 0 stars I would.
