        Was given an appointment for today only to show up and the surgery is CLOSED. disgusting and upsetting, ive had to rearrange the appointment 3 times because of doctors not showing up when they said they will. am i supposed to ignore my issue until i need urgent attention? makes me not want to arrange an appointment again.

        Discrasful surgery, no-one answers the phone so your forced to call 111, who'll advise you they'll make you an appointment and the surgery will call you within 2 hours. 3 hours later still no call. This has got to be the worse service I've ever seen.

        Went here for a walk-in vaccination. NHS website said open until 5.30. Got there to found it shut at 12.30 as did several other people
