        Visited this clinic after developing lower back pain after a 5km run. I had expected to be jerked and twisted back into position but the 30 minute treatment was gentle and relaxed. My pain had abated after the treatment and my back had completely loosened. Have since recommended a friend to use this clinic.

        Shame there is no 'no star' option. I rang twice in the week leading up to the Easter holidays. The first time "Sorry all the practitioners are busy. I will get someone to ring you back in about an hour." The Sr. One time, two days later "sorry, the practitioners are busy and I cannot access their diaries. I will get someone to call you back." With this level of clerical back up I just gave up and now have an appointment elsewhere. This is a shame as this 'practice' is within walking distance from where I live. I hope other prospective clients have more luck and get some treatment.
