I would like just start off by saying that I have never ever written negative review in my life but I guess never say never ! Well I was actually one of emergency patients, I called 111 and they directed me to go see them. I had a fever for few days 39.8-38.8, phlegm, full body sweats feeling overall week and dizzy, coughing, blocked sinuses. I was really bad but I hate seeking help as I know how hard it is to get an appointment but also I didnt want to call an ambulance so I thought 111 would be a great option especially because my GP was closed. Took me 2 hrs to get there as I dont drive but no one asked me that on the phone either they just expected me to catch a SpaceRocket maybe or magically teleport there ?? Well never mind Ive put my every effort to make it in time The doctor there checked my temperature which she told me was 39.8 than she listened to my chest, walked away to the side and said very interesting than she checked my blood pressure and she said interesting its high I already knew that she didnt know what is wrong with me and I was expecting the worst. Than she asked me if I did Covid test because these symptoms look similar but I told her my test was negative . Than she said I dont know what is wrong with you so I cant give you anything . She broke me emotionally I just cried because I felt tired and in pain . Than she gave me a stare and I could feel that it was time for me to go but at the end she just told me STAY AT HOME UNTIL YOU FEEL BETTER I just thought in my head right and who is going to pay my rent ? Since that day Ive been ill on and off . but yesterday Ive been admitted to the hospital with RTI respiratory tract infection, they wasnt sure what was wrong with me too at first BUT they have put every effort and test to find out. The point of this story is that doctors take the oath to help people and she did nothing not even referred me for a blood test . Is it laziness? Lack of knowledge I dont know do I have to be literally dieing on the ground ? To get any help ? This kind of doctors should be giving out vouchers for coffins after their appointments.

This surgery is amazing, my husband has received excellent care since transferring from a local surgery that he had been with for forty years.

Voyager, and Milestone, the previous incarnation, has been our family surgery for 50 years, and throughout this time they have looked after us as well as the NHS permits. The staff are very friendly, the new premises and parking facilities are a big improvement on the Milestone location. Purpose built, and situated in an industrial estate, it is accessible, and I believe there may be a public transport way of getting there, for any without their own transport.

This surgery is brilliant they are so polite and willing to help when they can. The doctors and nurses are equally brilliant :)
