        What can I say except Yodel are utterly appalling . They lie constantly - the excuses on the live chat ridiculous. Say they have tried to deliver - all total fabrication then basically fob you off to the seller - who is refusing to refund - because the goods are still in transit . a total disgrace of a company and the seller in this case not far behind -- and I am still without a refund

        My house was 10 min from the depot took them 6 day and still didnt delivery it so i had to go pick it up which took 2 more days horrible customer service, horrible delivery

        Terrible service, and you cannot speak to anybody for help. Webchat just gives the same information they post on their "tracking" system. And the "contact us" phone number is just automated with the same information with no option to actually speak to somebody.
