From my favourite brand to the worst brand ever! they do not care about the wellbeing of the customers once a car is sold. Lies, Unresponsive, no communication, no sympathy and an awful service! after being with with BMW for 6 years I decided to upgrade to a M135i, after a week or so I started hearing a sound from the car which I reported to them and was told to jet wash it. I was advised to keep driving on not 1 occasion but 3/4. I then broke down on the motor way to find 3 wheel bolts missing including the locking nut. 1 had snapped on the motor way which if fallen out could of damaged someone's car or windscreen. I was then driving on 1 bolt as had to stop as the wheel was wobbling. I called BMW which were confident nothing was wrong!!! I am still waiting for what I am owed!!!!

BMW make a splendid vehicle... mostly. (The servicing cost can be abortive though). At customer service here I find them rather arrogant and smug and lazy. There is no initiative to provide service they just sit back and do the minimum. One girl even hung up on me once when I was calmly and politely explaining a situation on a recall. They are not on a par with Mercedes truth be told but just rely on the fact that you have their vehicles and they actually have a little bit of power. Judging from all the one star reviews they seem indifferent but slowly it will disadvantage new sales.
