Save yourself the aggravation and never use bmw fs for buying a new car. There own failures to restart payments after paymebt holiday until the month after meant a default on my credit file no communication regarding this. Fos hopeless and wouldn't do anything either. Absolute joke of a company thankfully I don't need credit anymore...

Ill keep this to the point. I paid my settlement figure of 23k in full and emailed BMW financial customer services to advise of this. Received an email back advising they had received the money in full and that the account will now be settled. 5 days later, they attempted to take 23k from my account via direct debit. (Insert profanity)

I have always found them very good never had an issue what so ever etc I have always foudn them friendly and very helpful

Beyond unprofessional. Almost impossible to speak to anyone in their customer service centre, emails take months to be responded to and then ultimately you get inconsistent information from the handlers. They also report false information to the credit agencies and fail to provide any form of service to their customers. BMW make fantastic cars, but they need to spit from this shoddy, unprofessional finance company who represent them in the UK.

Contact bmw to discuss a payment was on hold for 45 mins for an advisor to answer repeatedly said hello at 12.08pm then the call disconnected did not attempt to return my call and the lines were then closed. Very convenient if their shift finished at 12pm on a Saturday.
