        Jonathan and Lucy helped me to understand and fix long standing biomechanical issues. Thank you guys so much - Ive been back in the gym now for >1.5yrs 5 days per week, even able to do olympic style lifting and swimming without encountering any problems.

        I went to Lucy with a very painful neck which I could hardly move, and came out with the pain almost gone and almost my full range of movement back. She was incredibly kind and helpful, talking me through the treatment. I recommend her 100%!
