        If, like me, manners mean anything to you then avoid this place like the plague. I have no comments regarding their professionalism otherwise but I'd strongly advise taking your custom to someone more deserving of it.

        I went there because I needed a very small part of my cello to be glued again, a very simple and ordinary task. My cello was returned with a crack on the back. Mr. Blackburn denied he produced the damage and even refused to refund my payment. He then shouted at me and insulted me, making it very clear that he wasn't going to waste time arguing with me, as I was just a little girl who couldn't possibly sue him. This happened a few years ago but the pain of seeing your instrument damaged is something that a player cannot forget. I'm not writing out of anger, just out of a desire to help others. I'm sure they'll provide an excellent service to renowned musicians, but if you are just a student like I was, or you look like a little girl like I did, please stay far from this shop. I wouldn't want anyone else to experience that kind of disrespect and humiliation.
