White Estates

I have rented a flat since last year when I moved to London for the first time. I reckon that all the staff at White Estates are really friendly and professional. Even when I had a concern about the flat, Karl Tavinor listened to me with full attention, so I am relieved and happy for sure. I am sure that White Estates has given me something more precious than the value of the flat. My life in London would definitely become a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I will never forget thanks to White Estates. Highly recommended!!

Whites estates run a super efficient friendly office. Its that unique combination of personable service matched with well anticipated cross checked paperwork and upfront communication which we found so professional. We dealt with Karl, but any experience we have had with Whites has surpassed expectations in a friendly and professional way.

Coleherne mansion road rental as a tenant : - bed made out of paperboard that broke up after 3 weeks. I had to repay half of new beds price not to sleep on the floor - no medium temperature water, just not working although I made several claims - washing machine full of fungus - insects coming out from the fridge room (you cannot access the room to clean it, would be a good insect farm place) - sofa smells bad, has not been replaced for years - in the room a poor quality desk that stains if you put a cup on it. I got ripped of 300 pounds for this desk as DSP ruled that market value is not a proof when you have an estimation of the value given by some lousy antique dealer
