Very professional and kind reception staff and the best medical care you could hope for during a nerve-wracking time (pregnancy). They are one of the few places that offers MaterniT21 in the UK. Ciara McKenna is the most knowledgeable clinical ultrasonography. She has seen it all, and her bedside manner is calm, confident, and kind. I've only had wonderful, reassuring experiences here. This is where I refer friends.

I urgently needed to see a clinical dermatologist and a quick Google search led me to The Medical Chambers Kensington. The website was cumbersome to navigate. It is also not mobile friendly and very slow loading a single page. Although I got there eventually, the site didnt look secure. I therefore did not include the sensitive personal information required when creating an account and the reason for the four stars. The receptionists were polite and pleasant towards me and other patients. The premises are exceptionally clean and aesthetically appealing. The waiting areas are spacious and comfortable, and so are the consultation rooms. I looked through various doctors profiles on the website and decided on Dr Dario Ahangari, for the reasons that his fees dont rob the piggy bank especially for self-payers like myself, and his appointment slots are longer than most (30mins). He also works on Saturdays which was ideal for me. Dr Dario Ahangari is one of a kind. He appeared to genuinely care and eager to help. He made me feel comfortable within the first few minutes. He was empathetic, carefully listened to me and at no point did I feel rushed. He answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome. As a person of colour with history of skin problems, I have visited several dermatologists over the years but Dr Ahangari stands out as an expert on skin of colour. He helped me understand a lot more about my condition and skin in general, things that I feel I should have been made aware of on my previous visits to dermatologists. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Ahangari to any person of colour. I was glad that I could access him directly via email, which was handy as my symptoms persisted and my worries went through the roof. He promptly got in touch when I reached out and was supportive and reassuring. He also followed up with me a few days later to check on how I was getting on and that carried on until my symptoms improved, even then, he advised me on maintenance. I was left feeling that if I ever reached out to Dr Ahangari with new symptoms he would not hesitate to help. Dr Ahangari is remarkably professional, genuinely cares for his patients and an exceptional doctor in every way.

Posting on behalf of my daughter but this surely has one of the most abysmal customer experiences for an expensive London medical chambers Ive ever experienced in my time looking after her. Poor admin meant we had issues with our insurance company and the receptionists were nothing but lazy, untimely and rude when this issue was raised with them. Good doctors and medical professionals are in most chambers in this area, I would strong recommend avoiding this establishment if you want the very best care. Sincerely, Ioannes
