        Most unprofessional agents you can find in London. Booked a visit to a flat to rent in Queens Gate Garden. We drive all the way there - the agent does not have the key to enter the flat (how is this even possible?) they have not contacted the tenant, the tenant is not in and so we could not even visit the flat. Wasted hours of our time and 50 in taxi fare. I rented years ago with Winkworth and was a horrible experience, clearly things get worse every year
