I have had a very positive experience with John D Wood, with any questions / issues Ive raised having been addressed attentively and in a very timely manner. In particular, Sardar has been a great property manager - very helpful and attentive, quick to respond to any query, always happy to help, reassuring during a boiler breakdown crisis (!) and friendly. I would very happily seek the property services of both Sardar and John D Wood again.

Sardar Berzo is an absolutely fantastic member of the John D Wood team - lightning fast, friendly, professional, proactive, diligent, helpful, kind and considerate. An absolute pleasure to work with and super helpful in tough circumstances. I moved into a flat which hadnt been cleaned or painted properly and he was on the phone within minutes making arrangements and followed up throughout till the job was done. Similar service and diligence for all follow up items. He really cares and its really apparent. An absolute standout.
