City Prime Apartments

We stayed in March 2023. We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and maintained. Reception staff were very helpful when our washing machine stopped working. There was a problem with getting out bond back. It took almost a month, when they stated it would take 5-7 days. I rang multiple times and messaged over Whatsapp. Eventually it was all sorted out and we got our bond back. It just tainted our stay a little bit. But that may not be an issue for everyone. The actual stay was very lovely. 5 minute walking distance to Earl's Court Station. A supermarket was 2 min walk away. Very well situated.

Rooms: Rooms are amazing and spotless, we loved it. Safety: 24 hours reception and security amazing staff. Food & drinks: Sainsbury's near 1 min walk.

The location is fantastic, in the centre of Kensington south and very close of Hyde Park, Buckingham,... And very quiet area, very well connected by underground and bus. The appartement is enough to spend a week and the staff is nice. The worst thing was the bed, small and really uncomfortable and the detail of the last day checking the room for return the fiance... Like if we were prisoners
