The Surgery, Stanhope Mews West

The worst surgery in London and should be reported to the body whoever oversees GPs in the country

Many times I have been to the Stanhope mews west and waited 15\+ minutes. I arrived today 9 minutes late. Waiting for the reception to finally check me in. When she finally did she says oh you are over 15 minutes late the nurse has left. It took her 7 minutes to address me. The nurse must have not waited more than 5 minutes. Not even a courtesy call to say theyd be leaving etc. If they dont like tardiness maybe the same courtesy should be extended to patients.

Receptionists have been so helpful. My doctor is super helpful and kind. Listens to me and gives me follow up appointments

One of the receptionists is very rude, dismissive and not inclined to clarify upon requests. Documentation is provided incredibly slowly. Lack of dialogue between GP, Receptionists and Patients.
