I had a great stay at The Knaresborough by Aura Collection ! The staff was kind, helpful and available. The apartment was very good : modern, functional and well maintained. The location is great, close to Earl's Court station which connects the main places of London. There are also several restaurants and cafes around. I really recommend this place for your stay in London ! A big thank-you !

This place was good, not great. For what we paid, it was worth the money spent because it was on the cheaper side for a London hotel room. The location was safe and close to a Tube station. The service was friendly and they allowed us to check in very early which was absolutely appreciated. Something to be aware of... there was no front desk or extra services provided - it felt more like an AirBnB vs. a hotel room. The room was decent... it had a nice kitchenette and the room was a good size. But we were in a basement room and so our view was pretty poor and the walls had some wear and tear. Plus the shower had no lip on the bottom so our bathroom floor got soaking wet every time we showered. Overall, we were relatively happy with the place but we will probably not stay there again.

La dception a t totale notre arrive. Premirement la chambre est trs petite, il n'y a mme pas de place pour dposer deux valises. Quant la salle de bain, les photos qui apparaissent sur le site sont extrmement trompeuses, sur les photos la salle de bain parait trs spacieuse, les toilettes ont l'air spar de la douche....cependant quand nous sommes arrivs nous avons remarqus que les toilettes taient pratiquement dans la douche, il n'y a pas de sparation entre la douche et le reste de salle de bain (ce n'est pas un bac douche, mais une douche mme le sol de la salle de bain). Ce qui fait que lorsque vous prenez une douche, vous inondez les toilettes et le reste de la salle de bain. Le pire dans l'histoire, c'est qu'il n'y a pas de pommeau de douche, vous avez seulement un pommeau fix au plafond que vous ne pouvez pas dfixer, donc lorsque vous vous lavez le corps automatiquement vous lavez vos cheveux avec. De plus, les bouteilles de shampoing et gel douches taient moiti vide notre arrive. Concernant la literie, il y avait pas mal de tches et ce n'tait pas clean. Il n'y a aucun changement de serviette, sachez que pour un service complet (changement de serviettes, draps, papier toilette et savon) il faut payer exactement 48 en plus, qui ne sont donc pas inclut dans le prix de rservation. Et afin de maintenir votre chambre propre, vous devez scanner un QR code qui se trouve l'entre de l'immeuble afin d'avoir les instructions pour faire "votre propre mnage" (je prcise qu'aprs avoir scann le QR code, il vous ai demand de payer 15 pour accder aux fameuses instructions). Je dconseille fortement cet hotel, o il n'y a d'ailleurs pas de rception, vous devez communiquer par message sur whatsap avec le service client.... Honntement c'est l'une des plus grosses arnaques que j'ai pu voir, si nous avions su nous aurions jamais rserver une chambre car le rapport qualit/ prix est inexistant.....Le lit dit "king-size" sur leur site est en ralit un petit lit deux places (mais on rentre peine deux). Nous tions bien informs sur le fait que les chambres londres sont rputs pour tre troites mais l c'tait de l'abus, surtout pour la salle de bain qui a t prise en photo vu panoramique pour donner l'impression d'une salle de bain immense. Le seul point positif de cet htel est qu'il se situe 10 minutes pieds de la station de mtro Earl's court et qu'il y a pas mal de commerces disposition....Mais le reste est une catastrophe, c'est juste du vol!!!! Ne vous fiez pas aux bons avis, c'est ce que nous avons fais et au final nous nous sommes fait avoir.
