Just sharing a recent trip on Emirates from Malaysia to London via Dubai. Got victimised by the pursor on the first leg for leaving a food tray that was not cleared by their crew in a timely manner on the exit door bulkhead and for food left by another passenger. I guess Emirates' version of customer service is their own.... Luckily many airlines serve the long haul route I travel on regularly and will not be using Emirates again.

Two of the rudest women on the check in I have ever experienced. Get a grip, Emirates.

I was on my way to far east from Newcastle. EK36. During flight passengers started drinking heavily because the crew left large bottles of alcohol on the galley bench. This turned sour and crew were struggling to control something they started by leaving trigger in open and crew was at rear. I was having coffee at rear when I was asked to stay with them to help. I did and was first to tackle the drunken passenger. I ended up in hospital in dubai and now had to give up my holidays to help them...never again they offered points to replace my loss of money. Be careful flying Emirates air...they put passengers at serious risk because crew only does one day year to do safety of passengers course to constrain any dangerous passengers. My injuries to help Emirates got nothing back from them to help replace my lost funds. So uncaring and a risk for anyone who is placed in a dangerous position.
