The manager decided to cancel my account for pathetic reasons and keep an excess of my money that I had paid, creating fake invoices to not pay in back. When I spoke to him he was rude and petulant little man who cared for nothing but money. Do not use this company as they will con you.

Been using sky pet Products now for nearly 13 years really great service and always has had the cages weve required. Usually contact Lee, Dave and Sophie vaguely spoken to the rest of the team but on a whole all polite and really nice to get along with. Keep up the good work guys

They hide behind Pet Shops. They send inferior products out and refuse to speak to the people that matter, the end user. The reason they hide is that they expect pet shops to take the hassle and do their dirty work. Please, if you are buying for an animal, AVOID SKY PET PRODUCTS, who seem to own Liberta. Companies House makes interesting reading. A formal complaint has been submitted from me to Trading Standards as they are breaking several basic laws. They allow direct contact, then refuse when they know it's a complaint. They are a gang of crooks who hide. A proper company would stand by their products. Sky Pet Products don't, and for me, Lee (Gardiner) needs to take a lesson in Customer Service, Product standards and general attitude. They have tried to cut too many corners and the internet, social media and official bodies are on to them. No doubt they will have a new name soon, like all bad businesses, they rebrand to hide a bad past. Sky, you have a chance to make good products in a niche market. Sort yourselves out. In the meantime people, AVOID !

Dreadful experience with this company. Sold us a damage cage and are refusing to take responsibility. We have now taken legal action. Not surprising that they have ingnored the initial letter from our Solicitor and so this has now been escalated to the next stage of the legal process - a truly unprofessional company who treat their customers appallingly
