Parking scam 100 fine for 15 mins in a bay marked SHOP Tesco should be ashamed of themselves. I'll never use the company again.

I got three parking tickets for parking in the bays that are clearly marked shop and two that are directly outside the Tesco's- its a SCAM. Do not shop here you will get fine after fine after fine.

My son shopped here on his way back from visiting his wife in hospital. He bought shopping for himself and their baby daughter. He was charged twice but didn't realise the amounts had left his bank until he reached home. He returned via taxi, to be accused of fabricating the story. Eventually a manager agreed he was right but asked him to return the next day as they couldn't refund the money at that time. This is disgusting as he doesn't drive so the taxi fares yesterday and today will probably cost more than the 40 he was overcharged. I have repeatedly rung to see if I can visit to arrange the refund as he needs to look after his daughter whilst his wife isn't at home but nobody has answered the phone. Disgusting behaviour and attitude from staff and not sure if this was a genuine mistake or a scam? Hopefully the former but the process in resolving the matter needs addressing. Be careful and check your bank if you shop here as his receipt doesn't obviously show the error although the manager could apparently understand by checking something on the receipt.
