I got in touch with Pete when I wanted to lose weight and get back in shape after two consecutive pregnancies and maternity leaves. I cannot recommend Pete highly enough. He acknowledged my goals (weight loss and improvement in fitness) and set up a tailored program to meet those objectives. He not only advised on workouts, but also on diet and other lifestyle changes that would have an impact. He set out a daily workout for me that involved both cardio and strength work, and modified it every time I see him to reflect my progress. I see him twice per week and he pushes me further every time. He is available to answer questions as often as I ask them and has helped me enormously with staying consistent. Within 8 weeks, through rigorous following of Petes diet, exercise and other lifestyle suggestions, I have lost over a stone. More importantly, my fitness has improved significantly and I am constantly able to do more when it comes to workouts. I enjoy my sessions with Pete and am very grateful for his advice and expertise, which has been transformative for me.

Pete is a great trainer, and very dedicated to his job! Hes very easy to get along with and sets varied routines, he pushes me but enjoyable at the same time. And all in the convenience of my own home.

Peters personal training has been so beneficial to me. His relaxed and approachable style put me at ease when I was worried about being able to do the exercises. He has helped me build my fitness gradually, understanding my physical limitations but quietly pushing to achieve my goals. Ive always been quite ill disciplined about my training but Pete has found a way to motivate him which keeps me coming back! He also provides nutritional advice as well. Oh, and we get to talk films and TV too so its not all work! Highly recommend him whatever you want to do with your fitness.
