City Plumbing

Went to get a couple of plumbing parts, not my area of expertise so relying on the staff to help me out. The guy went and got me the parts (I had brought in the exact parts that I needed to show him). Turns out when I got home they were the wrong parts and didnt fit. I went to return them but I wasnt able to because the plastic had been opened. I was very taken aback because I fully expected to be able to return them since it was this particular staff members mistake. He wouldnt budge and I lost my money and wasted my time. I would not recommend. Not a nice experience.

Very pleasant staff and got exactly what I needed. Google Maps did take me to the wrong destination though. You need to go one road over to Blenheim Road if you end up at a car garage instead.

Really positive experiences with these guys - excellent customer service, really helpful advice. Ordered and received an entire Roca downstairs WC suite and it all arrived within 1.5 weeks as promised. Sonia was super helpful too and very personable. Will be buying our two bathroom suites from them too.

The staff are useless. Supposed to be a plumbing shop yet they never have anything you need and when speaking to them they are the most unhelpful people. Theres no suprise Worseley around the corner is always busy and they look completly dead. The girl with short hair and glasses is a absolute jobsworth.
