Barnardo's

They seem to always have stock of some beautiful clothes, very reasonably priced, particularly compared to most other charity shops. The staff are extremely friendly too.

Good selection of clothes and goods and they almost always take donations. Usually fairly busy and prices are good. Only downside is that the google opening times are not precise. Just arrived 10mins before closing and the door is locked.

I have been to this branch twice. I have had 2big bags of nearly new clothes. Jumpers, suits, shirts and trousers. Some still with the shop price tags on. Sadly on both occasions I have been turned away rudely. The gentleman shouting saying that they are inundated with people bringing stuff. They have nowhere to store! I could see the there appeared to be ample space for more than a few bags. The door to their storage area was open so I could see in. I am sad that my donations were refused as they were all expensive and good quality. They would have sold for a good price. I had to therefore drive round to the church carpark on christ Church Road and found a donation bin.
